On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your overall health?

I give mine a rating of 8 - not bad, but could use improvement. Thank God my perfect Son is very healthy (*knocks on wood*) and my Husband's health is pretty damn good, too (*knocks on wood again*).

  • 8--I'd like to improve some things a bit more, like my run time, but exercise wise I'm fit. Downside for me is stress.

  • I would probably say a 6 or 7. I need to lose weight and exercise and eat healthier.
