Do you do Yoga? Do you like it or was it not for you?

  • Tried it, didn't like it. Too boring. I prefer fast-pacee workouts, as well as cardio and walking/running.

  • It' s not my favorite thing in the world, but I do 30 minutes once or twice a week after my cardio, just to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. They have lots of yoga routines on the Comcast OnDemand cable menu.

  • I do not like yoga. I tried it. I would rather walk to get exercise.

  • I did it on the Wii Fit. I loved it. Makes me wish I could get away for a real class.

  • yes i love it. i always give myself a half hour of yoga after a hard gym workout to just relax and stretch out my warn muscles. it brings inner harmony and has also made me quite flexible which it fun in the bedroom
