how likely is someone to get pregnant after their tubes being tied?

i had my tubes tied almost two years ago. could it still be possible to get pregnant? please help.

  • It's still possible. Rare, but possible. I know a woman who had her tubes tied, her hubby had a vasectomy, and they STILL ended up pregnant. I know another woman who had two more pregnancies after having her tubes tied. For those situations, all I can say is, God has great plans for that little baby!

  • Not likely, but possible. Think of it this way... they say Mirena is more effective than having your tubes tied... very slim chance, but a chance.
