which train table is the better buy???

a local ad in craigslist is selling their wooden train table in very good condition, has drawers for storage and includes the wooden train tracks (and I think some trains) for $75....versus on the Walmart website they have the step 2 train table which includes a few things like a tree, traffic signs....etc. for $44........

  • I wouldn't buy anything from Walmart. Their stuff breaks and falls apart so easy.

  • Do they have pictures for the wooden train table? IMO I'd go for the wooden one if it is indeed in good condition.

  • I would go for the wooden one. $75 is a good price, they are very expensive to buy new.

  • Step 2 is plastic. The wooden ones are much nicer and much more durable and long lasting. IMO, a train table should be wooden. Step 2 products are amazing, but not a train table. Get the wooden one!

  • The one on CL but I wouldn't enter the house - have them bring the item out to you to load in your car.
