  • I really like to make anything with chicken. It's so easy to handle chicken... and it's not too expensive. I also love to cook with my slow cooker. Cheesy slow cooker chicken is one of my favorites. I also like to put potatoes with anything. I like to buy canned sliced potatoes (I had never heard of them before July) and just fry them in butter and garlic pepper. They are SO good and go with everything!

  • Spaghetti. I buy the Hunt's brand tomato sauce and stewed tomato chunks, throw that in with some browned ground beef and boil some noodles and wha-la, dinner in 30 minutes or less.

  • Crockpot - stone soup (whatever's in the fridge and looks like it might "go together" gets tossed in.

Or else, stovetop tuna casserole - 2 cans tuna, drained, 1 can cream of musroom soup, 1 box mac and cheese, 4 oz frozen peas, garlic, pepper, italian seasoning to taste. If it's a little thick, a small amount of milk.
