  • it depends on what your nutertion level is ......we take sandwich stuff, bottled water, fruits (bananas,apples,oranges stuff that travels well), nuts, and veggies (carrots, cereal,etc)

  • canned tuna, salmon, chicken. Dry soups, pasta, Canned fruiits, Nuts, Crackers, Why? No refridgeration? Fast food can be cheap if you stick to the dollar menu and do not order drinks.

  • Fresh fruit generally travels well for a day or two. Be aware that crossing state lines or flying, there may be rules about produce. Trail mix, dry roasted or raw nuts, fruit strips, dried fruit, whole wheat crackers... You can also bring things like prepackaged oatmeal, and get a cup of hot water somewhere, for free.
