Can you recommend any natural remedies for seasonal allergies?

We've tried the local honey, but it really doesn't help. Any other ideas?

  • Someone suggested that I try xylitol for my son. I haven't tried it yet as we are in the process of adjusting other things for his autism, but I was going to give it a try come the spring.

  • Cut down or cut out dairy.

    Local raw honey.

    Digestive enzymes and/or probiotics.
