whats gd to put in a smoothie

im trying new fruits and veggies with my daughter whats gd to put in a smoothies that will have both fruits and veggies amd not to much sugar

  • carrots are pretty sweet. Celery has a nice flavor. bananas, strawberries, peaches.

  • 1/2 cucumber
    3 celery stalks
    a handful of kale
    1/2 banana
    frozen mango
    1/2 pear
    1 cup water
    I blend the veggies first then add fruit

  • avocado for creaminess and healthy fat, spinach, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, mango, banana also for creaminess, kiwi, peach. i do not put anything else in, just a little liquid so it blends.

  • I would say 3 large banannas, 1 pkg strawberries, and 1 can concentrated orange juice. Blended. Can serve with whipped cream on top. Or over ice cream is good too. Call banana rosana
