When should i start weaning off the bottle?

My DS is 15 months old. When is the best time to wean him off?

  • Anytime now. Introduce a sippy cup and let him play with it and try it. Then once he masters it you can use it more and more and stop the bottles.

  • When a baby can hold a bottle they can hold a cup or sippy cup. I threw the bottles away at a year old.

  • Its best to get rid of the at 12 months. So the sooner the better. start giving the sippy cup more and put those bottles away! : ) GL

  • You could just throw all his bottles away, he will have to learn to cope. Just give him plenty of extra attention and love for a few days.
