What's a good source of fiber for kids?

  • You'd be surprised how easy it is to get in fiber.,.. Anything Fiber one like their breads, 1 slice has 7 grams so grilled cheese with that or PB & J- 1 Fiber one cereral bar has the same.. Of course fruits and veggies but trying to be more kid friendly- High Fiber Oatmel which has a lot, Wheat waffles have some - start checking grams on the packages and you'd be surrpised how easy it is to get Fiber in your child.

  • fruit, whole grains and veggies. My kids love the crunch of fiber one cereal in their yogurt.

  • Old fashion oatmeal. Add blueberries, bananas, maple syrup, brown sugar.

  • Fruit, veggies, oatmeal with flax seed in it. I like the Better Oats brand of instant oatmeal and my kids love it.
