  • Our bedtime is 9pm everyday, but lately my 1st grader has asked if she can go to bed at 8pm. Of course she can, lol. She says that she likes going to bed earlier on school nights because she doesn't get so tired. So that is what we are doing now.

  • My kids are in bed by 7 pm. This gives them time to relax, we read, then they read. They are usually asleep by 8. It makes nights more peaceful.

  • He goes to bed between 8-8:30 on school nights. I normally let him stay up until 9pm on the weekends. On occasion he will stay up a little later than that.

  • 8pm on school nights (they are 10, 9, 8 and 4). Last year it was 7pm but this year they don't have to get up as early so we pushed it back to 8pm.
