Best shoes for pregnancy?

Hey ladies...I am at the end of my 2nd Trimester! And I have always had a slight pinch nerve that got worse with pregnancy! Well I bought some customized shox thinking they would be great! Well as good as they are...I still find my feet hurting just as bad as my old tennys!

So, do any of you recommend any shoes that you think are amazing while pregnant..or just in general ??

--Also--I've already done inserts..they help a bit..but still curious if there are anymore comfortable shoes out there?]

---EDIT--- I forgot to add I work on my feet....tennis shoes are the normal shoes we wear!! If this helps with an answer!!

  • All you can do is keep trying. Your feet will likely swell toward the end, so you'll want shoes that can accommodate that. I wore flip flops fo the last half of my pregnancy, but then, I gave birth in August.

  • New Balance all the way! My feet never hurt or got swollen. I'm 38 weeks and hardly ever sore! Totally worth the $.

  • actually, they're supposed to be "toning" shoes, but the shoes with the curved soles make walking feel like floating. I felt like I'd lost 20 pounds when I put them on, and they make it feel like less work to move. all the nurses at my doctor's office wear them and swear by them, My midwife recommended Clogs, specifically Dansko brand.
