  • I cut out most sweets (except a few Hershey kisses here and there to get me through!), no carbs after 7pm (normally a big salad for dinner), and exercised for an hour every day.. kept everything in moderation and hugely increased my veggie intake and lost 20lbs in 2 months. It was fabulous.

  • counting calories (1200/day) and moderate exercise. lost 125lbs. that way and lost 50lbs. of baby weight in 6mo. pp too. it works for me
