Does anyone take Green Tea extract? or any other vitamins on a daily basis?

I have a very slow metabolism and my doctor has recommended I take some vitamins to not only improve my overall health but it will make a difference in my metabolism too. So I've been doing research and I found out that Vitamin B-Complex and Green Tea extract provides efficient metabolic rate.
