I have some angel food cooked italian style chicken meatballs that are in a bag frozen, but it does not say on the bag or on their website how to cook them. How do you think I should cook them and for about how long?

  • We always make a tomato sauce and simmer the meatballs in the sauce for a couple of hours. They taste yummy and also flavor the sauce nicely.

  • Well, you could put them in a little olive oil and set them on med to warm them up and then have hot meatball sandwiches/subs. With or without sauce over them. They are fully cooked already, right?

  • If they're fully cooked, all you have to do is heat them either in sauce in the sauce pan....or as elizabr said in a little oil, or even in the microwave with sauce over them....or plain. Just heat until warm enough to eat.
