    Incline sleeping surface (several pillows/books under headboard.
    Peppermint anyth
    Don't lay down for 30 minutes after you are done eating.
    Rantidine or equivalent, if serious enough for meds, OTC or script, but first ask care provider.
    Avoid spicey and acidic foods.
    Small and more frequent meals.
    Eat slowly.
