vitafusion prenatal gummies?

I had really bad morning sickness in the first 3 mths of pregnancy. so it was hard to take my prenatals. my doc told me to take them when i feel better as long as im eating a good diet. So i tried but i still throw them up, but i found these vita fusion gummies their great. The only thing is that they dont contain calcium or iron. Do you think thats ok?

  • I made the mistake of taking flinstones without iron with my second pregnancy ( I didn't realize it at the time) when I delivered my daughter they did my blood work, my iron was scary low. They had me on iron pills for a very long time after. Make sure you get your iron and calcium.

  • My friend gets super sick the first 3 months of pregnancy and can't keep her prenatals down. She takes a multivitamin throughout instead and her doc said that was ok.

  • I can't take the prenatal vitamins as they make me very sick, this has been with both of my pregnancies. My doctor advised me to take the flinestone kid vitamins.
