  • Suck on ice. It will help you from getting dehydrated and it won't hit your poor tummy so hard. Also nibbling on saltine crackers may help a little. I hope you feel better really soon! Hugs!

  • actually the human body is designed to give your baby nutrition when you cannot eat. it stores extra fat that goes to your baby so there's nothing to worry about with the baby. broth and juice is good to help you feel better. stay hydrated so that you won't vomit pure stomach acid if you end up vomiting

  • Not much you can eat right now.......... sip on water- but don't drink too much at one time.. Ice is good yes.. and when you can eat again, stick to a BRAT diet for awhile

  • Plain chicken broth and Gatorade. When my DD had the same thing the MD told her to stay away from water and drink Gatorade.

  • Ginger tea can help to settle your stomach. Just take tiny sips and not all at once. When you can tolerate that and you start to feel hungry just start with crackers at first to see if that stays down. Then when you really get hungry you can try something light like a broth or soup.
