  • i'd find the nearest salesperson/manager, and report it.

  • I had this happen and didn't realize what was going on until several days later when I thought Hey!. It was a guy changing in the aisle out of his dirty t-shirt into a clean one from the shelf. I thought it was odd at the time, but later on I realized he was stealing the shirt.
