  • Nurse, nurse, nurse. On demand, no supplementation. You can also pump between feedings, power-pump once or twice a day, eat oatmeal, take fenugreek, and drink mother's milk tea. And be sure to drink plenty of water.

  • Your glands can harden so I remember when I was told to massage your breasts to keep blood flow going and that makes the milk flow easier.

  • First, I need more information. Why do you think you have a low supply? How old is your baby, and what are his/her eating habits (how often, how long, anything besides the breast)?
