  • Oatmeal with cranberries. It keeps me full until about 2 pm.

  • the absolute best breakfast you can eat when trying to lose weight is high fiber whole grain oatmeal with blueberries. eggs are also good too with a fruit salad.

  • i should mention that i said blueberries because they are the best metabolism booster and the highest form of antioxidants. oatmeal is a metabolism booster as well. it also scrubs your insides clean of impurities and toxins

  • I make smoothy using unsweetened frozen fruit, light yogurt and skim milk or Oatmeal with a spoon of peanut butter or a boiled egg and peice of toast. A egg whit omlet.

  • When I am trying to lose weight, I have coffee and low calorie toast with humus, or whole grain oat meal with a little brown sugar. I heard anything in the 200 cal range boosts your metabolism for the day.
