  • Keep a routine with excercise and sleep. Don't drink too much caffeine.

  • i increased my fruit and veggie foods, and decreased the processed sugar intake - started walking after every meal - and if i still had days when I was lacking energy, cuz yes there are THOSE DAYS, I drink bazi
