  • I dont keep secrets from him. I will sometimes opt not to tell him things about my past he has no need to deal with. I also wont tell him about every argument or whatever I have with his mom or people like that if itll just upset him. I dont think those would be secrets though. For me its just not giving him too much on his shoulders when Im a big girl who can deal with it on my own.
But anything else?> nah, he knows everything.

  • I am like gemgem and tell my husband what he needs to know. I can solve problems. I am not a whimpy kid. I do not behave like a baby because I am actually a grown woman who earns a living in the world. My husband, or indeed anyone, does not need to know my every waking thought. Big problems, like when the doctor says that you have a serious life-threatening condition, I tell him about. Small issues, like parking tickets or buying the wrong shoes, are too trivial to worry him with. Meeting old lovers, no. Planning a holiday, yes. New job, yes. Dental work, only if it affects the budget.

  • I guess you could say that I do. But it's never about our DD, finances, our relationship, or something important like that.
I choose not to tell him about any stupid drama that anyone tries to start with me. I can handle myself, and he really doesn't need to know about jealous girls and their stupidity. I don't like dealing with it, and he is in no way involved in it, so why bring him in?

But i always tell him everything else. And if he asks about it, i will tell him.
