When is enough enough?

A girlfriend of mine has been married for 13 years but her and her husband have been together for 20 or more. For the last 2 and a half yrs he has been cheating on her with this other woman. They have three children living and one that passed away @ an early age due to an accident. They have been through alot of things and now she has gotten tired and is going to walk away from her marriage because he continues to be disrespectful and hurt her by coming by to see the kids and telling them he is coming home and he doesnt. The past week he decided to leave this girl alone that he is messing around on her with and he wants to save there marriage. He called her on Friday and said he was coming home and if he needed her to come get him would she and she said yes. 30 minutes later he called and asked to to come get him but he didnt tell her wher he was . The phone hung up and she tried calling back but it kept going back to voicemail. 3hrs later she finally came in contact with him and he said he was ok but was limited on what he could say because the girl had taken his keys and was there in his face. The phone hung up again and she called the police to tell them what was going on but because it was a call fro ma cell phone they coild not trace the call. She has waited and waited and waited for him to call to let her know what is going on but he still hasnt let her know what was going on. So now she has made up her mind that she is done and she need s to get her family back on track. I really hate to see families torn apart by stupid things such as this. Why is it so hard for men to settle for what they have ? And the women who know that these men are married still trying to have a relationship with them. Why would you want a married man?

  • Age shouldn't matter when you made the decision to marry this woman. I am tired of ppl using age as an excuse. When do they grow up?

  • I also, don't know why women want married men. Kelsey Grammer! But I think your friend is right. Sometimes, it's just too much to deal with over and over. She has probably processed this for years and is now just done. Worse, when he needs to try the most, he fails. I say, let that guy go, kids and all.

  • He keeps disrespecting her and she even wants him back? that's just not healthy. It sounds like he's where he wants to be or he'd be at home. Tell her to move on.

  • Its up to her to put up with his mess. She needs to value her self before anybody else can.

  • Hey whatever happened in this situation? Just curious. Women like this usually do not leave, they just spend the rest of the life miserably.
