1 Bump

Don't you hate the feeling...

When you don't eat fast food or greasy food often, but then you eat it once as a treat (or in a pinch), and it just feels like you've lubricated your insides with pure saturated fat and sodium, and you feel icky? I'm regretting that burger right now!

  • I know exactly what you mean. Don't let yourself get so hungry that you will eat the bad stuff.

  • Yes, I do. I had a coke for the first time in months and had that crash after, ugh, I nearly had to take a nap. But a piece of fruit cured that.

  • Make granola bars, and keep a couple with you at all times.

  • Ohhhh yes. I've only started having that problem in the last month though. Makes it easier to eat healthier though!

  • Yes, and I agree that it keeps you from eating as much junk, it's just not worth feeling so sluggish, and heavy.

  • I usually carry healthy snacks in a cooler with me, but I didn't plan ahead well enough today. Sigh. Oh well. At least this is rare!

  • Hehehehe I feel that way EVERY time and yet I can't help myself when the craving comes on! Sprite helps... but not enough to help me not feel gross the next day.
