If i have a cold, can my 3 month old get sick from my breastmilk, or only if i am coughing and sneezing around her?

  • she will not get sick from your breastmilk, she actually needs it more to stay healthy!! I know it's hard when youre not feeling well and you want to keep your germs away, did you try pumping yet?

  • i havent pumped. i feel good enough to nurse i just didnt want to make her sick if anything was traveling through my milk. thanks ladies!
