i have really flabby do i get rid of them...i hate them and my thighs too

  • um no, don't get the shake weight. get yourself some dumbbells and work on shoulder presses, biceps curls, scoops, rows, and the ones that really tone the flab are tricep kicks

  • Please don't say you hate them. Using weights or toning exercises will help with flabbiness.

  • If there's fat that is helping them be flabby then you have to remedy that first. Flabbiness will not go away if you do not conquer the fat that is helping weigh them down. Pilates and Yoga with weights is a GREAT way to tone and strengthen your body. Cardio is best to lose any fat in your body that you don't want.
