Does anyone have any good recipes that use the spice Coriander Seed?

I tried it in a vegetable and sausage soup, and it was okay, tried it in a plain vegetable soup and it was too strong, and tried it in Spaghetti, and it was not that great on day 1 but pretty good in left-overs.

  • I also add it to vegetable soup along with bay leaves, parsley and whatever else sounds good at the time--celery seed, that sort of thing. But I don't have specific recipes.
