Can you feed a 10 months old baby with fish meat ( bone free of course) ???

Like fresh wild salmon cooked in the oven??!!

  • I waited on fish until closer to 1 year old because of the risk of allergic reaction. If you have no family history of seafood allergies, then I'd wait a couple months to try. If you have a family history of seafood allergy, you may want to wait until closer to 2.

  • It seems too young. But I know we use to feed a 10 month old just about anything they could gum.

  • they say your suppose to wait until one but if your baby is not allergic to any thing I say yes!!

  • Absolutely! If he'll eat it, give it to him :) Fish is great for you, and really easy for toddlers to eat.

    She already has 7 teeth so chewing on anything it's not a problem; I just realized that I am alergic to shrimps, no major reactions, just itchy mouth and lips, but who knows how it's gonna be for the baby??! I might wait a bit on that fish thing... I just thought it is a light meat and easy to prepare too :)) thanks a lot
