healthy breakfast ideas??

i just joined a gym...and i need some healthy breakfast ideas..normally i will have toast or english muffins..and im trying to cut back on those..cuz i eat SOOO much bread..i eat salad w/ cheese chunks for lunch, and healthy dinners and snacks...but i find im having lots of trouble with breakfast...anyone have any good breakfast recipes??

  • 1 egg, 1 piece of wheat toast, some fruit and 8 ounces of juice or a smoothie good luck

  • Maple and brown sugar oatmeal. It lowers your cholesterol and blood pressure. Also it is very good for your heart and it fills u up for hours!!!

  • Yogurt, a banana and an egg maybe a bagel if you are still hungry. That's what my daughters and I eat most mornings.

  • I have found Greek yogurt w/ flaxseeds added is filling and really yummy. Sometimes you can slice a banana inside too!

  • I eat oatmeal with some vanilla, golden raisins, and 1% milk (no butter or sugar) or

    1 poached egg on whole wheat toast with some fruit

    or because I'm not really a breakfast eater, I'll have some WASA crackers with hummus, and 1/2 a grapefruit

    or some almonds and fresh fruit
