It's funny that you ask, my husband and I went out for pizza last night, and I had a potato and pesto pizza with feta and mozarella (I'll be having the leftovers for lunch).
Anyway, I've been making pizza once a week for nearly 20 years, and almost always make a red sauce, which has gotten much better over the years, although on occasion I use BBQ sauce and top it with chicken, mozarella, and red onions.
Well, last night I was saying that I felt like experimenting, so this week I'll be making a pesto sauce for one, and a white sauce (not sure what kind) for the other....we'll see what happens!!
