why do i get nauseas when i breastfeed or know i am about to?

did that happen to anyone else when they started or started up again?

  • You probably aren't drinking enough water. Breast Feeding can dehydrate you. So drink as much water as possible and stay away from sugar and caffine as that dehydrates you

  • i make sure i keep my eating and drinking up yes. my son is 30 days old so i thought jitters would be about gone. i breast fed wrong with my first.. i have a permanently cracked nip and i got blisters and bleeding for almost 2 months while i continued to try... Super yay right?
