Why do I weigh less after I binge?

Some nights Im really good about not eating dessert. Some nights I give in and eat dessert, or eat too much. On the mornings after I binge/eat dessert, I tend to weigh less than the nights I go without. What gives??

  • not sure, are you starving yourself? If you don't eat enough then your body holds onto every calorie

  • It sounds like oyu need to get your eating and binging under control because taht is NOT healthy or safe.

  • what about those commercials about "cortizal" - the idea that stress retains fat... maybe the stress relief does the opposite? idk!
