so I have chicken breasts... what am I making for dinner?

Something somewhat easy and delicious.

  • i like cutting them up in smaller chunks, season with garlic powder, cumin and cayenne pepper, and throw in the pan (i have non-stick so i dont use any oil or anything, just the water from the thawed chicken). once that's got the brownish tint i add some water and vegetables (i buy the ''california blend'' frozen- broccoli, cauliflower and carrots). and once that's done i put shredded cheese on top, any kind. usually four mexican. serve with pita bread and yummy =) if you wanna add the carby part slice up some potatoes real thin and put them in before the vegetables. they cook pretty fast if they're thin

  • I have some chicken breasts thawed out too and I think I'm going to do alfredo tonight. I found a recipe for the copy cat version of olive garden's alfredo a while back and it rocks!

  • Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
    (Regular or Fat Free)
    1 1/3 cups water
    3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    Stir the soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in an
    11 x 8-inch (2-quart) shallow baking dish.
    Top with the chicken. Season the chicken as desired. Cover.
    Bake at for 50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and
    the rice is tender. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes.
    Stir rice before serving.
