my last epidural about 2 years ago only numbed part of me

my right side i could feel everything.........could that easily happen again? because im wondering if i should skip the epi all around just because of it not working last time.

  • I had the same problems both times I've delivered. I figured it would be worth a try a second time around. When it doesn't work on part of you it is called a "hot spot". You might be interested in checking out other pain relief/control methods just in case.

  • Absolutely avoid it!
    I love avoiding the unnecessary risks, especially when natural pain coping can reduce-elimate pain very effectively!!
