  • I have the off brand from wal mart and YES!!! I walked one day and the next day my thighs hurt when I only did my normal walking. Now sure how but they do. I'm curious if the shorts and shirts do tho.

  • beware of shin splints! take them off if you get shooting pains... just when you first start. i have the chapion kind and really i dont think i can wear them enough to make a difference.

  • I saw on a news show that they did a study on them and they don't work...other than the fact that people THINK they work so they do get up and walk or whatever because they have them on...

  • I don't think so. They do help my mom, though. She has plantar fasciitis and they make walking less painful for her.
