  • Cowboy Casarole - Cream of Mushroom (or Chicken) soup, Cubed and peeled potatoes, Hamburger (any meat will actually do except for fish unless cooked seperately and added later) and veggies. 350 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Quesadillas - You can make this with or without meat .. Other mexican inspired ingredients are easy to add, just don't fill them too full. - Flour Tortilla, shredded Cheese (I use Colby Monteray Jack, but whatever you like will work), Refried Beans, and Cubed chicken. (Cook chicken first before assembling Quesadilla) Spread Refried beans on one half of one Flour Tortilla, add cheese, and chicken. Fold over other half of Quesadilla (You can also do a whole quesadilla and use two tortillas. One for the top and one for the bottom.) Spread a little butter ontop. Add a little butter to a hot pan and cook Quesadilla until browned on both sides and cheese is melted.
