How can I give up on getting all A's?

I went into this semester saying I would get all A's. Well I have a high B in math right now. I am working my tail off but I cant help but feel let down.

  • I go into every semester saying that I will get all A's. However by midterms I have a much better and more realistic goal for myself by the end of the semester. I got A's in math until I hit college Algebra and Statistics was a nightmare for me. I wish you luck. BTW I set my standards for myself now based on my interest level in the class as well as how hard that I know that I work.

  • I always set that goal too, and although it didn't happen every semester, I never gave up and graduated with a 3.8 You can do it, never give up on your goals, and don't be too hard on yourself if that grade stays a B, as long as you tried your best that's all that matters. I beat myself up over the 2 B's I got in 4 years and NO ONE cares what I graduated with now, so I sit back and think why did I waste all those tears? I know I always did my best. Good luck with the semester, I'm thinking since its only january you still have plenty of time!

  • As long as you are truly doing your best, and getting help when needed, then you should feel proud of your accomplishments

  • As long as you are doing your best and giving your all, then be proud of the B. I am trying for a C in my math class, even thought he rest of my classes I am aiming for A's or B's.
