Do you have any injuries to deal with that make you modify your workouts?

I have a messed up knee. It makes it hard to do weight bearing things and twisting. It is really frustrating for me.

  • I have Cerebal Palsy so most everrything I do is modified in some way or another especially if it takes two hands or 2 strong legs to do it since the CP affects my right side

  • I do try to be careful with my neck and back.. They've always given me problems.

  • I have two bad old tear in a ligament in one knee and torn cartilidge in the other....they crack when I go upstairs and sometimes when I lunges and squats can be difficult for me. I try to warm up before my workout because once the muscles are warm my knees don't feel weak and they don't crack as I workout.
