  • Walk with him and bring the stroller along. If you walk long enough with him he will get tired sooner or later and want to ride in the stroller. Walking is a GREAT way to get excercise.

  • Exercise with a toddler is really fun. Get him involved. Run in place with him. Get towels or blankets for capes and fly around the yard like super heros. Lay on your back and put him on your legs and do leg lifts. It's bouncy baby at my house. Give horse back rides while pushing your stomach out and in while arching your back. Activity with the child will be good exercise and fun for him. He will give up after a while and you can continue to do sit ups. Have him count the sit ups and push ups. etc.

  • All of hose are great suggestions! I would love to share too that I happen to sell Tony Horton's 10-minute Trainer. It is GREAT for moms! I have a lot of friends that do it and LOVE it. In all honesty we can ALL find 10 minutes a day. :) If you want to check it out go to TeamBeachBody.com/DreamE and write me if you have any questions or concerns! I have a friend who lost 15 lbs doing it in just over 2 months! Good luck girlie!

  • Get one of those vests. They look like a book bag for kids, but they have a tail and handle on the back. This allows you to walk with your child, without worrying about them getting away from you.

  • You should get Lesile Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. They are quick workouts that you can do while he naps. They seem cheesy but they kick your butt without overwhelming you. You are getting cardio and weights at the same time with someone who is all about motivating you. I enjoy it and I also do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred workout twice a week with the Firm's Core Solutions. And use Weight Watchers at Home Kit

  • STROLLER STRIDES. A fitnees program designed for moms with kids. The trainers lead moms in exercises as well as songs to entertain the kids. It is a great way to get mom time, socialize, meet new moms and kids, and be a great role model for your little one.

  • If you want to exercise outdoors, opt for a bicycle. You can purchase one of those carriages you can connect to your bike and your toddler can sit while in it while you bike him/her around. If you live near the beach, bike there or around a scenic area.

    Good luck!
