  • I always have but lately not as much because I'm watching what I eat. It's not THAT bad for you but it is where all the cholesterol is.

  • The yolk is much higher in cholesterol, so if you're watching your cholesterol or fat intake you might want to skip it. For sure you wouldn't want to do eat it too often. I eat the egg yolks, they're yummy! But i don't eat a lot of eggs, anyways. BTW, home-raised eggs have lower cholesterol.

  • Unless the yolk is broken up, say in scrambled eggs, egg salad or put into a potato salad, I don't eat them.

  • the yolk is the best part! I buy from a farmer and I get doouble yolkers all the time, it's fine to eat them, they have now found out that yolks are better than they thought

  • I agree the yolk is the best part! YUM! I only eat eggs like once every 2 weeks, so I usually always eat the yolks. I cook everything from scratch and use a lot of whole foods, so there is barely any cholesterol in our diet....I'll take what I get from the eggs.

  • The yolk is loaded with healthy fats, pregnant women and small children should eat one daily.
