what are some healthier alternative snacking options

usually this time of night im munching on a bag of chips, but i am not eating bad food anymore. and i am sooooo hungry! i already had some fruit salad. what else would be ok?

  • Me too girl! I buy and eat grapes, baby carrots, and I have been eating those little orange/tangerine thingys... they are great! Also, fat free popcorn.

  • Air popped popcorn with a dash of salt. No butter though.

  • i'm having strawberries on crackers for my "midnight snack". Do you like cheese? or you could make a small salad if you have salad stuff

  • Sliced apple with peanut butter
    carrot or celery sticks
    peanut butter on toast
    snack box of raisins
    or my fav......bowl of special k with strawberries!

  • I love snacking on stuff like fruit chunks with low fat vanilla yogurt to dip them in, veggie slices with a low fat dip/dressing, triscuits/wheat thins, special K crackers, granola, bowl of cheerios/special K, string cheese, pickles, just some of my usual go-to snacks.
