In an average day, how much water do YOU drink?

I don't drink nearly enough some days. I think I've gone 2 days without drinking any before, but on an average day I only drink about 32-40oz. I've gotten better about that, though, because in December, I was only drinking maybe 8oz. Yay, I've stuck to one resolution lol.

  • I drink about 5 or 6 16oz bottles. I have a water cooler, but I just fill up a water bottle over and over. For some reason, it goes down easier in a bottle than in a I can close it to prevent my daughter from spilling it.

  • My goal is 64; I usually only get to around 40. But I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, so I get more water from those

  • I'm not much of a stilled water drinker. We drink sparkling water or plain seltzer and I can drink 2 liters in a day. I'm on medication that gives me dry mouth so the bubbles cut through that pastey feeling.

  • i try to drink a water bottle 3 times a day, before meals if I can b/c it helps me feel fuller and not eat as much. I was never very dedicated to drinking water, was a Mt. Dew drinker. Well since having back to back procedures to get rid of kidney stones.... i have decided I better start drinking more not want any more of those stones.... they are the worst!
