i know this may sound crazy but adult content

i know i need to loss weight not a lot but at least 15 pounds in my mid seciton but i am worried about losing my boobs....it took me 32 years and 3 kids to get out of an a cup and would like them to stay out of an a cup...anyone knows what i can do

  • i know exercise but i have always heard that u can loss breast size too and i dont want that to happen

  • No, as far as I know there is nothing you can do. If your boob size is due to having extra fat in them like mine were, then they will get smaller as you start losing body fat. Still, I'd rather look like I do now, which is at a healthy body weight and very fit, but with a full B cup, then how I did a few years ago, which was 60 pounds overweight with a D cup.

  • Lose the weight and get some cutlets for your bra - you'll feel better in the long run

  • You could always do some weight-training on your upper body. Bigger muscles under smaller (healthier) boobs might look about the same size.

  • If you work your pectoral muscles, you may actually end up with more to work with rather than less. Building up the muscles that lie under your breasts will make them appear larger, and they'll certainly be firmer.

  • As the others, I say work your pectoral muscles and lose the weight. If you tummy is bigger than your boobs, the bigger boobs don't really matter, right? When I had my kids I went from B to C and now that I'm losing weight I'm losing some boobs but still in C. I'll prob end up back in B but I would much rather have a flat tummy and a B.
