  • I would not give it without approval from the pediatrician.

  • Make sure low calorie doesn't mean artificial sweeteners added. Whenever I give my Son any fruit juice, I always add some water to cut the sugar anyway. I never give him strait juice. That's what I have always done & he is 4 now.

  • I have had to give it to my baby, who is drinking it now and is 15m because he has diarhea and HATES pedialyte. When he was around 12m or a little younger, I had to mix it with water when he was sick. I don't give it to my kids to drink on a normal basis. They get milk and watered down juice and plain water.

  • Mine drink the vitamin water by glaceau instead. I really don't see much difference between gatorade and juice.

  • Read the rest of the ingredients. Water is good.

  • My dr said gatorade was fine when my ds was sick at age 14 mo. I would watch the artificial sweeteners, though. Fruit juice has vitamins and natural sugar.

  • I wouldn't. Just water and milk. It's all chemicals. A juice every so often is fine.

  • No! It is a toxic mess.

The only beverage your child needs is water
