Tylenol is for relieving fever or pain. If your baby has neither of these symptoms, I would stay away from it. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is the NUMBER ONE cause of liver damage.
Be sure she is getting plenty of liquids, so that any mucus she produces can be thin enough for her to cough out. A humidifier is helpful too. If you can collect any of the mucus she coughs up, check to be sure it is not discolored. Also, keep an eye on her temperature, babies sometimes develop fevers very quickly. If she does have a fever, infant ibuprofen works faster than Tylenol, and is safer. GL :-)
