  • almost! i just met a girl who wants me to go to pilates with her, and i could probably use a motivator to get back on track, so i'm going with her next week.

  • i workout with my dad. we do treadmill together. two separate ones. then he does weights, and i attempt to stair master or stationery bike at the gym.

  • No way. The few times I have tried to buddy up or join even online workout groups, I find that people are not as committed as I am. Our dedication and goals are not the same and I feel like I'm the only one really participating.
    I'm generally a lone wolf in life anyway, and it holds true in the arena of health and fitness as well. I motivate myself.
