  • See if you can set up a payment plan with each place that you owe money to.

  • Payment plans if they allow it can help. A set amount each month...steadiness and not a minimum will also help with the credit as long as there aren't any payments missed in between...or as long as there's not MANY missed payments in between things should slowly get better over time to fix your credit. G'luck.

  • You call and set up a payment plan.

I had to do the same thing.

  • Sometimes you can get them to reduce the total amount you owe as well as setting up a payment plan.

  • Think about getting a share secured loan. You could take 500 of your own money and borrow against it to get a loan which in return would help increase your credit score.

As well though, make sure you are working on getting rid of items that are bad also.

  • You're best bet is to start paying them off one at a time.

I'd recommend borrowing the book Total Money Makeover from you're local library. It won't help you increase your credit score, but it will help you pay off debt.

    Good luck!

  • work out a payment plan with your creditors and be diligent in paying them on time every month and place your card in the freezer of better yet cut it up so you don't feel tempted to use it.
