Angels?

Are angels people that once lived and then died and went to be with God, or are they separate beings altogether? Did God create them separate from us is what I mean? I there any scripture I can read about this?

  • Angels are separate entities made by God. They never live a human life although they may appear as one when we need them. Angels are always angels.

  • Angels serve as spirit messengers or agents, carrying out God's will. (Gen. 3:24; Rev. 22:8.)

    They were around when God created the earth, because they all sang and shouted with joy when He did so. (Job 38:7)

    Here's something interesting: Even the angels were given free will to decide to be loyal to their creator. Remember Satan? He used to be one of the most beautiful angels in Heaven. (Job chapters 1,2;
