Leftover eggs

My husband made breakfast.
Scrambled eggs. I do not know how many he made but we have lots leftover. I put them in Rubbermaid in the fridge. But what can I do with them?
Oh yeah, they were fried in bacon grease so they have the little thingys.

  • Make fried rice and add the eggs, along with onions and peas, soy sauce, lemon juice or rice wine vinegar.

  • You can reheat them and eat them as is. Just microwave them for a few seconds. Or you can use them to make fried rice for dinner tonight.
